VTK libraries are 'interconnected' meaning when distribution binary package , one has to include almost vtk llibraries . Otherwise dll not found error pops up
best solution is to first include all libraries and then try to getrid of some of the vtk libraries (e.g. MPI related libs seem to be independent)
